VAG KKL OBD-II interface for older VAG group vehicles (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda) predating CAN Bus, using the K-Line protocol (ISO 9141-2).
Before the widespread introduction of CAN Bus on VAG vehicles (around 2004), diagnostic communication used the K-Line protocol. This cable is the dedicated solution for diagnosing these vehicles with VAG-COM / VCDS Lite or other compatible K-Line software.
Not compatible with VAG CAN Bus vehicles (post-2004). For newer models, the VCDS HEX-V2 cable is required.
