ISTA+ video conference training
One-on-one video conference training, live with a GermanConnect trainer. Learn how to use ISTA+, the official BMW diagnostic software, to read fault codes, view real-time engine data, and understand the actual condition of your vehicle.
Two formats are available depending on your level and goals. You choose the duration that suits you at the time of ordering.
45-minute training: The basics

1.5-hour training: Basics + advanced features
- All the content of the 45-minute training

The 4 steps
| 01. Order | Choose your format (45 min or 1.5 hours), add it to your cart, and complete your order. Provide your contact details (name, email, phone number). |
| 02. We contact you | Within 24 to 72 hours, we will contact you by email or phone to schedule a training slot. |
| 03. Live training | Via video conference and screen sharing, our trainer will guide you step by step through ISTA+, answering your questions in real time. |
| 04. You diagnose | At the end of the session, you will be independent with the features covered together. A written summary support will be sent to you by email. |

System requirements
- Computer running Windows 7, 8, or 10 (64-bit recommended)
- ISTA+ already installed and functional on your computer
- Stable internet connection (fiber or 4G)
Required equipment
- The K-DCAN or ENET diagnostic cable compatible with your vehicle (to be ordered separately via the configurator)
- A BMW vehicle available during the session, for hands-on practice in real conditions
