Complete remote installation of your diagnostic software, performed by our technical team. Compatible with all software in the GermanConnect catalog.
Our technician takes control of your computer via TeamViewer or AnyDesk and installs, configures, and tests the diagnostic software corresponding to your cable. You don't have to do anything, just be available at the agreed-upon time slot.

The 4 steps
| 01 — Order | Add the service to your cart and complete your order. Fill in your contact details (name, email, phone). |
| 02 — We contact you | Within 24 to 48 hours, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange a remote installation slot. |
| 03 — Live installation | Via TeamViewer or AnyDesk, our technician installs and configures the software on your computer in real-time. |
| 04 — You diagnose | The software is operational. You will receive the complete tutorial by email to use it independently. |

- Minimum 250 GB of free disk space
- Stable internet connection (fiber or 4G)
